Thank you for your interest in Mission Adventures! The following steps are a guideline for the application process. If you have a question during the process, our Mission Adventures registrar is here to help and would love to hear from you!
1. Register a group:
Click here to start the registration process. Our Mission Adventure registrar will receive your booking and contact you about your upcoming trip.
2. Send in a deposit and pay fees:
Send in a deposit to reserve the date of your trip. Deposits start at $1000 per group, and it is non-refundable.
The total balance of all fees for the group is due four weeks prior to your arrival. To make a payment Click this link to login.
3. Fill out forms:
After your group is registered, a unique link will be available within the MISSION ADVENTURES App. for you to send out to your team members. Please give this link to all team members to complete. Every member of your group must digitally sign the "Release of Liability" as part of their registration.
All minors traveling without a parent or legal guardian need an "Affidavit of Parental Consent" signed by the parent/guardian. This is to comply with Mexican law and it allows the minor to cross the border with the group. Click here to download the form, then print it out and the minor should bring it with them to Mexico.
4. Passport check
If someone in the group does not have a passport, they should apply for one as soon as possible. It can take up to six weeks to receive a U.S. passport. Each person in the group should also bring a photocopy of their passport.
5. Review the agenda
The Mission Adventures contact will send your group’s agenda, logistics, preliminary trip information, and emergency contact information, approximately four weeks prior to your arrival. Review the information and if there are any changes regarding your group, update our registrar.
6. Review final details
Approximately ten days prior to your arrival, you will receive the final details of your trip. Review the information and if there are any last minute changes, update the Mission Adventures contact.
